About this event
CIWW is needing 75+ volunteers on Saturday, December 6th from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Christy's of Indiana to help with Pick & Pack!
Pick & Pack is our annual event where members help sort and box up the toys, games and gifts we’ve made throughout the year. Each box fulfills an order placed by one of the 40+ local agencies who use CIWW as their source for gifts to give to the kids they serve in the community.
This event requires all hands on deck...members, family, friends, we'll let anyone join us for this fun!
The plan is to have biscuits and gravy, donuts and coffee available at 8:00, just before we start. Depending on how many show up to help, we usually finish before noon. Plans are to serve lunch afterwards for those who help to the end.
The day before, Friday December 5th, we will need 20 volunteers who can help set up the Toy stations at Christy's of Indiana (Click here for details and to sign up!)
We also have need of drivers to help us deliver the boxes to our agency partners either on the day of Pick & Pack or sometime during the following week. If you are willing to help, please reach out to Dan Bruno and let him know!
